Truly great service and selection. I have a medical card and am helped by the shift manager of that time and the man who often helps me is Cyrus. I have to say that he isn't just an informed budtender he has a calm and friendly demeanor, and I look forward to running into him in our little neighborhood in lower Capital Hill. Ike's prices are fantastic even when compared to pot in CA. where I just returned from. Good being home, and I am off to pick up an order at the Olive Way store. Peace, J

Love everyone here great customer service and always know what I need, and they have never been wrong with what they suggested. Budtenders rule One of my favorites is Bandit your awesome and so is the crew.

Would love an in-app rating system. Reason for stars is clunky app, when placing an order the app will frequently force quit. Cart is saved a will work after 1 failed attempt. Additional there seems to be a bug with editing quantities of items in your cart, say if you wanted to change a selection from 2 of something to just 1, the app won't let the drop-down menu stay open for longer than half a second. Overall good app, could use some bug squashing and a product rating system.

This place is the best dispensary ever, I will not go anywhere else... This place rocks

Kinda tricky to navigate between stores - was to place order at wrong location
★☆☆☆☆Matt Haskins· Aug 2, 2023
This app is completely unstable. Try to scroll down and it switches tabs instead. The website tells you to order through the app to get better deals, but when you try to order through the app it opens up your browser and takes you to the website ordering. I'll stick with The Reef and Ruckus. At least they do the same discounts on both app and website.
★☆☆☆☆Kirill· May 28, 2023
The UI is borderline unusable, and it just loads their website in the app. Super lazy coding and design. Don't waste your time unless you really want those sales
★☆☆☆☆Tony Vangel· Sep 9, 2023
These Uncle Ike's apps are horrible. These keep checking revisions, but the search is horrible as the filters are horrible 1 star, because this store on Capitol Hill is the bomb putting out an app like this for a store like that is unacceptable.
