Description by Wes Games (from Google Play)

Under Construction is a digital art tool focused on creating images by cutting into layered sheets of virtual construction paper. Each layer represents a flat surface that can be revealed, removed, or reshaped to form compositions based on depth, contrast, and negative space.

Users work with stacked paper layers and remove sections using simple cutting tools. As layers are cut away, underlying colors and shapes become visible, allowing images to emerge through subtraction rather than drawing. The process is designed to resemble physical paper cutting while remaining fully digital.

The app supports multiple layers, adjustable colors, and basic editing controls to manage depth and visibility. The interface is designed to prioritize clarity and precision, making it suitable for structured experimentation and visual exploration.

This app is intended for creative use and does not require an internet connection. It does not collect personal data or include social features.
