The app works well overall and the interface is simple and easy to use. Sometimes it doesn’t open on mobile data, which can be inconvenient. The quality of lectures and PDFs is very good and helpful for preparation. One drawback is that downloaded lector still require internet to play, so they cannot be watched fully offline. The coaching-cum-mentoring is excellent. I started following US UPSC Telegram in January 2024,and programs like MAD, HY-RISE,YPLP&CONQURE are THEBES. Greatly improved preparation

I would highly recommend Understand Upsc to students aspiring for CSE. US provides great effective programs like Conquer & the GS Foundation program; Success has the best faculties. I found their new launched program, Impetus beneficial as an integrated year-long prelims & mains test series. Additionally, the institute has a focused and positive learning environment, with mentors who are approachable and genuinely invested in helping students improve. Numerous free initiatives also provided.

Worst app, previous app was good. It needs location to play video, also we can't go back in live lectures. Totally frustrating app

No doubt, the faculty, mentor and content are genuinely excellent. But the app performance is extremely frustrating. It crashes repeatedly. Whenever I try to forward or rewind a lecture, the video freezes or gets stuck. There is no option to adjust video quality, which is unacceptable in 2026. And most of my time is wasted on constant updates instead of actually studying. Great content is being ruined by poor technical execution.

App use is very pathetic. I will not suggest anyone to buy their online courses. There are many bugs there. At the end you will be frustrated and will not use your content. Go for their offline lectures only.
