Undo: Natural Meditation guide

★★★★★ This app is honestly amazing. I cannot believe I've finally come across an app/meditation approach that helps me heal my body all by myself. I'm so, so grateful for the Undo team, you have helped me more than you can imagine.

★★★★★ There is nothing like this app. It really gets to the fundamental realization that the body is where our true intelligence is, not our thinking. It demystifies the complexity of what we have been lead to believe, of what the mind is. This understanding has changed my life, in so many ways for the simplicity and depth in appreciating what I am and no need to look for more. Thanks Undo! You are extremely needed in navigating the complex world we live in. It's revolutionary.

★★☆☆☆ Not ready yet. You should get an experienced PM to take a look at the whole startup flow. The first thing I see is an upsell prompt asking me to pay for something I don't even know what it is. After dismissing it, I go to the next screen and get an alert popup telling me "welcome to this screen". This feels a bit like engineers just going wild and adding features without any guiding principles. And it's sloooow. Not sure if you use some web framework for the lists but the frame drops are intense.

★★☆☆☆ I suffer with anxiety and stress it's not very nice it's wrecked my life 😞 I do go out anywhere IV lost the old Irene Just wish I could be the old Irene that was always laughing playing up but iv lost the old Irene.

★★☆☆☆ While I found the app easy to use, the narrators voice is so annoying I could only listen for a few minutes. I appreciate that he speaks slowly as this is meant to relax you, but the narration is so stilted and monotone I couldn't bear it.
