The app is not working as it is built on older version of the android. If your phone is not updated and no new version of android is installed, it might work, otherwise it is just waste of time. The developer needs to update it and ensure its comparability with the older version.

I'm at a loss... I think someone got a good contract to build a fancy looking app, submitted a sample of a couple of hours work, but whoever looked at the incomplete, no-real-content sample build & mistook it for a finished project & cut a check then & there. I can't even fathom why this exists; I would say intentional abuse of funds, but I will give the benefit of the doubt that it's a mistake & there is no real malfeasance.
