After the Update I lost my previous account. Lost all my progress and currency for summon. I save everything for the next summon. I even purchased a monthly pass. I lost everything. How to get it back.

Game is fine and all but I recently opened the app again and all my progress is wiped because of an update and all my characters levels and gear I grinded for is gone, absolute waste of time trash do not play this.

Yep I'm not going to bother. Why should I bother with a game that doesn't really let me use what I need? What I would like to use, especially speaking about the way to read text when they're too small Oh that's it. It's the accessibility speech text to speech. That's what it's called. I can't use that, so I can't play the game.

I contacted their tech/customer support to let them know I am unable to reinstall the app. I tried to update the new client game version, but it didn't do anything. So I had to uninstall it.l and reinstalled. Unfortunately I met with an error that my device is incompatible, so I reached out to their tech/customer support but no resolution given and closed my ticket. I think this won't be resolved ever, and I won't be able to play the game. I already have 8Β GB Ram and an Android 15 on my device.

Keep crashing during loading screen, game boot up slow. Using android 15 honor 400pro. Control is ok, gameplay not mature enough.
