Great interface with Dream Machine Pro! Makes having the Access features 200% better. I just received a call from one of my employees who left his key on his desk and went into the warehouse. He ended up locked in the warehouse. He called me because I had shown him the Unify Access App, and I was able to unlock the door for from the App while on the phone with him. Nice!

Permissions appear to be set differently for Android 10 and Android 11 devices. When attempting to live view from my UA-Pro both phones display "The Device is Busy". I have tested directly connected and remote connection. My Android 10 phone is able to view recordings, whereas my Android 11 phone prompts for permissions, which show as Media only for Storage. This is different on my Android 10 Device. Other settings work as expected.

The app doesn't rotate with the device. It also doesn't ring through like a calling append you have to open the notification alert or app to answer the call. In other words, imagine trying to answer a phone call by having to open the phone app and then answer the call rather than the call screen popping up when a call is coming in.

The notification sound volume for the door ringing is on the lowest setting and there's no way to adjust it to make it higher I've even gone into the Android settings and have used Samsung's volume controlling apps and nothing works please fix this

The app is missing the feature to unlock the doors using Bluetooth. I was under the impression you could unlock the doors when the users phone is withing a few cm of the access reader and the user can tap the access reader to open instead of having to get their phone out and tap it against the reader. Is this feature not yet implemented?
