I cannot launch this app. Axios' error status code 500. This is on my Samsung s22 and my s9. Worked a few months ago but not since. Tried to Uninstall and reinstall with no luck.

Touchdown is an excellent idea badly implemented. Providing a communications forum for communities is great. Touchdown isn't. It seems to be designed and built primarily for Apple devices. Doesn't work well on Android or Windows. In addition, its interface is poorly designed and inconsistently implemented. In short, it feels like alpha software. Better than nothing in my community, but that's not saying much.

A poorly functioning app for senior-living communities. I am a younger resident. The app isn't optimized for Android phones (a tech support person there confirmed). You can't forward emails from the messaging function. There is also no "delete all" capability for messages; there is a tedious delete for each message instead. Pdfs (e.g., menus) cannot be downloaded and are difficult to enlarge for better reading. I'm sure Uniquest thinks "elder" clientele will accept a subpar product.
