Sometimes the number listed is not a usable number. In home health care is listed as available but hasn't been for months. Not updated promptly.

A poorly functioning app for senior-living communities. I am a younger resident. The app isn't optimized for Android phones (a tech support person there confirmed). You can't forward emails from the messaging function. There is also no "delete all" capability for messages; there is a tedious delete for each message instead. Pdfs (e.g., menus) cannot be downloaded and are difficult to enlarge for better reading. I'm sure Uniquest thinks "elder" clientele will accept a subpar product.

So many problems lately. The bugs and glitches have been non-stop since Touchdown became Uniquest. There have been times when the app (and website) have been completely unusable for large chunks of time, which is not what you want in a retirement community where many elderly people are already not tech-savvy.
