This application has had numerous technical issues, including failure to sync and inability to back up to the drive. I subscribed to a plan that allowed usage on both mobile and PC; however, I was unable to use the app across both devices due to the syncing problems. I contacted customer support in the meantime, but the representative I spoke with was extremely unprofessional. As a result, I have unsubscribed and removed the application. I have bought 3-4 subscriptions of this. First of all, all its subscriptions are on auto-renewal. Its auto-renewal happens after 24 hours.
