The app freezes very often. It takes some time to load when you open a product page. The app used to work better couple years ago before it was upgraded. Also the bottom buttons sometimes accidentally pressed, and you go back when you didn't intend to. Could you make the app lighter and easier to use? It's really not enjoyable to wait for it to work every minute.

Uniqlo app shows items available in store. When you get to the store. Store person say they don't sell 3Xl. Wasting time.

I have ordered a smaller size but actually I need XL I have ordered l I have ordered l and the product hasn't been shipped yet, and I couldn't contact anyone to change the size, so I had to drive all the way to a shop and talk to them. I see that my product hasn't been shipped yet if anybody reaches from Uniqlo can you please change the size from L to XL for blazer that I ordered online kind regards Anthony

The app is awful. Navigation is terrible and outdated. It takes multiple tries to load size availability on the product page. The favorites screen doesn't load images in the item list and shows some items as discontinued even though they are not
