It doesn't have the option to order a different prescription for each eye, unlike the website. You also can't change currency, or see reviews and photos from customers. No advantage to this app, just use the website.

1 star! Only reason it even gets 1 star is because it actually has cool looking contacts, other than that I don't recommend unless you lost 1 contact, but paying like $15 for 1 contact plus shipping, what's the point of paying for 1 contact unless you lost one.

Dude what the hell is wrong with the company or the app or whatever, like I've been trying to order a single pair of contacts and a case for the last 3 weeks, going back to try again thinking "maybe it was just the app needing to figure itself out" but yeah, no. I even tried going through their website on Google, and it redirected me to the app... like dude what?? I can't order anything and there's nothing in their help center that's giving me a reason why, I even asked reddit. Also nothing.

Horrible customer support. They don't liable their items correctly. They only sell 1 lense and use misleading wording. I paid for 3 types of sets they sent 2 individual contacts 1 of each color then didn't even send me the missing lenses nor did they refund or provide a credit just useless back and forth time-wasting emails !
