Sometimes does not join rooms even after putting the pin in (had to restart phone for it to work). Walkie-talkie feature does not work as well as advertised, even with full service (also tested on Wi-Fi, and it still doesn't work as expected). There is a lag that cuts part of the message out. (had a group of 4 and everyone else had the same experience). Volume dial lags or sometimes does nothing at all. I would love to give you a better rating, but that will come when the issues are fixed.

Android app lacks features compared to iOS. If you don't have the helmet, you cannot press the on-screen mic button to speak into the channel. I consider this app to be an alpha build. My purchasing a new, expensive helmet was dependent on an excellent app experience. It functions like a basic walkie-talkie instead of using modern features like a server to store audio messages if the user is temporarily unavailable to hear them (like a dead zone on the mtn).
