Amazing App. Thanks for making our life easier. But, In your website unite.et, it shows there are forms for foreign currency account, mortgage application form, insurance application. And the version you used is 2.1.1. But, the one I downloaded didn't have this forms and the version is 1.0.8. When I check for update on Google play store, it shows me no update button, like am in the latest version. So, please release the final version for us too. Thanks!!!

The verification system is not working. The mobile banking platform requests for OTP code for verification which is expected to be received to a local SIM (North America) or an email. I was told email verification works with gmail or yahoo accounts. What is the logic behind limiting your app to gmail and yahoo? There are various other email providers that cater to different needs, such as businesses, students, and specific organizations. My email is based on outlook - a leading email platform.

I don't really understand the purpose of developing this app. In my opinion, the app is mostly developed for someone living outside the country to easily access their account by themselves. But how can someone get OTP from a local SIM when they are abroad? Please make it accessible by Gmail verification.

Asks more information than necessary including ssn, which having an ethiopian passport should have sufficed. Google play says the data is not encrypted as well. Some Improvements are needed to convince many to trust the platform.

Why it hasn't branched selection option and or field for the purpose, since customers are facing challenge of getting their wish branch.
