My bank just joined United Community Bank. I love the app so far. I can log in without using a password. I just have to use my fingerprint which is much easier. With my old bank I had to use my password to turn my debit card on and off, but now I can do that with my fingerprint too. I love the convenience. Good job United Community Bank!!!

It was working great, but now it won't load. I misplaced my card and turned it off through the app, but now it won't open to turn it back on.

Impossible to login. App only lets me enter a set amount of digits in for my password, and my password is longer than 10 digits, so I can't finish typing in the password to login. There's also the log in with the UCBI app option, which also does nothing. It asks you to log in every time you open the app, and once you click on card controls and the app reopens, card controls just redirects you back to the ucbi app to login again! It's just a never ending circle of clicking and logining in.
