Hello My account was double counting activities from my Fitbit and my Google fit. I tried deleting the double counting it didn't work. I tried deleting the account and starting over that didn't work either. Now I can't log back in. Could you please help me with this?

App is good. Syncs well. UI is user-friendly. However, noticed a bug while doing a follow-along workout in the app. In the middle of the workout, App suddenly closes, and I lose progress. This happened multiple times.

If this app is to promote fitness and friendly competition why doesn't it pull correct information? Everything was working fine up until today. My steps are not being accounted for. If picture proof is needed give me an email address I can send it to.

Lack of focus - not a sports app, and not a social media app. Points completely incomparable (e.g. running vs. reading?!!!) Over-scored challenges, and you need to subscribe to them explicitly - no auto-subscribe. I used it twice and was "competing" with people whobwere recording household activities, meditation and cricket - can you imagine: 60 min swimming vs. 60 meditation - both worth 60 points?!! I deleted my account, uninstalled this app and will stay with strata and garmin.

I've had a pleasant experience using this app on my Android (Techno) until some update was done to version 4.5.1 (& 4.6.1) making the app totally unusable on my phone. First, it wouldn't let me log in (v4.5.1). After following the instructions from your customer care to clear cache, uninstall & reinstall, now it wouldn't even open at all (v4.6.1). I've had to install it on a temporary phone which is working but why did it stop working on the techno phone and is this unresolvable?

After being able to create an account and log in, you can only scroll through the Dashboard. All other functions are NOT working. If you drag to refresh, it just shows a loading animation for forever. You can't even exit out of the app by hitting your phones Back button. Pretty....pretty useless.
