Benefits are over the top and rewards are easy to add to my U-Card. Medical, hearing, prescriptions, vision, dental, transportation, U-Card, and when I came home from the hospital, I had 14 meals sent to my doorstep and 5 days later received another 14 meals. Mom's Meals, healthy heat, and eat meals. Best Insurance Ever!

May 12 25: Find provider data is out of date. Called first 5 recommendations and all had wrong information about doctors. Better off using Google Maps. Also, for some really important reason unbeknownst to reason, you can't screenshot your card or anything in the app!!? You can however save as a PDF and take a screenshot. Why make us go through all that? Chase Bank lets you screenshot personal credit information!!! Bad customer experience

I've NEVER been with an insurance company that required this much PROOF that I'm married and have a child! All while my PREGNANT wife got kicked off of my insurance because God forbid she didn't take her company insurance instead but now that she quit her job we're fighting to get her back on my insurance all while she's pregnant and appointment payments are adding up IN FULL. First you want proof that we are actually married, and now you want proof that we actually live together. Makes no sense!

I think this is the worst insurance you can have. I have a co-pay plus I receive a bill for each doctor's visit anyway. So im basically paying them just to say I have insurance!! It barely covers anything. As soon as possible, I am switching....
