It is effective and user-friendly. If one forgot membership card, one may use an app to display the card. Easy access to network providers in your area, and tracking your claims and payments at hand. With an app is like walking with your healthcare providers and the administrator in your pocket.

Joined the medical aid a month ago, app worked for a couple of days. Ever since I have been battling to log in, can't even reset my log in pin. Very disappointing

Very disappointing, app not working says invalid login details, yet they are correct, I can't change the login details either!!! I haven't received my membership card I've been waiting for 6 months now!! When send emails I don't get any response when I call I don't get help they keep referring me to other departments who don't respond as well!! I'm starting to think unity health is a Scam!
