I need an English version app. I installed this app, but I can't manage to change language to English.

I struggle to change the language when I tried to change it to English it didn't show the English language. I tried to delete the app and downloaded it again but still no change I don't know the other languages, so I have no other choice but to delete it since there is no specific language shown there that I understand
