Let's start with the negatives so far. To get access I had to subscribe to get the free access. This was a mistake on your behalf as many will walk away as there is a worry it will not work with their TV. Second is using this app with fire stick, I was unable to change the numbers to others as there is no button to do this which is the 3 line button "start". I was unable to put in my password. I took the risk to subscribe, but I would like to change it to lifetime, can you help. Thanks in Advance.

I subscribed just to confirm that it doesn't work on my TV. I canceled subscription immediately, but they still charged me in my credit card. It is supposed to be a "Trial subscription, cancel at any time", but hey are charging me with 6.99 dollars juts for nothing.

Have to uninstall and reinstall this app to get it to connect to my TV whenever I open it super annoying but haven't found another universal tv remote that actually connects back after having the app closed for a few mins even after uninstalling and reinstalling
