Comments on UNIVERSE for Android

★★★★★ I'm so sad that this app is going to shut down 😭 how am I supposed to talk to my bias now 💔

★★★★★ I love this app! It breaks my heart to see it go! I wish there was some way we could still get all the amazing content from ATEEZ! I will surely miss this app!

★★★★★ You are improved so much lately, thank you. Since vlive is shutting down, can you give us live feature, so we can see our favorite live in universe too 🥺

★★☆☆☆ Auto translation is bad, not correct at all. And if I have bad signals it's always log out automatically and not giving any notification. Shame on you.

★★☆☆☆ I want to give them 0 stars. I bought the subscription recently and there were no big issues at first, but then the app logged me out of my account, everything is fine till I found out that my account has been deleted by them !! I contacted them hoping that they'll bring me back my account, but they didn't and I can't even get refunded. If you want to download it to keep up with your faves it's fine but don't buy the subscription if you don't want to get scammed

★★☆☆☆ How do you get a membership in this app iam trying to get one for a long time, but I just can't

★★☆☆☆ They dropped the boyz, so I'm out take younghoon off your promotional pics you losers

★★☆☆☆ Really, really bad experience its takes forever to land in so called "Universe" and it needs so much internet like what the hack I didn't even play one round because it takes so much internet I am just landing and landing and landing nothing else.
