Entered in my university details and received the message "no university exists with that email address". I've been physically attending there for 14 months - I'm pretty sure it does...

App seems to be compatible with Android 6.0.1. Because it installs and runs however shows only a white front screen. The messaging may work, but I am unable to tell. However, trying to install it on my Android 8 device it does not work at all. Any chance for a fix?
