Worked perfect with the Crab using a Pixel phone. With a fully charged robot, I performed the firmware update as prompted. After, I needed to power the robot on and off again to be able to press the power button to cycle the 3 modes. Also, from the app, I could set the mode, change the robot speed, and pick a vacuum duration from 1/2/3 hours. Awesome!

Notice that it doesn't climb out of the deep end and doesn't cover the whole pool in 2 hours when battery dies

This app sucks. It will not connect to the robot. The company SEATO is a scam. They will not answer phones, emails, or their customer chat sessions. This is ridiculous to have an app that doesn't work and a company that doesn't care and who won't have any customer contact at all. If you have any autosea product I recommend returning it if you didn't buy it directly from them, or you will lose your money like I have.

No support, I'm trying to get updates, and they don't answer you back. My crab will no longer go fast or climb the walls. It's stuck in one area. It will not roam the pool.

2025 app update is horrible! I just watched the robot for 10 minutes, and it just kept repeating a 6-foot pattern over and over and over again. I had to hook it and move it again. I've had to move this robot 5 fling times! Our pool is 43 feet long and 16 feet wide. It cleans about 1/3 of our pool. I own two of these robots! I ran both over 20 times, and I still have sand all over the pool!
