Unlock U: Focus & Grow

Choose growth over distraction, one unlock at a time.

Unlock U helps you replace mindless distractions with meaningful moments that help you become the best version of yourself.

Instead of opening social media out of habit, Unlock U gently redirects you toward your priorities. When you try to open a distracting app, you'll first be invited to revisit your things to do or choose an activity that helps you grow.

Whether you have a few minutes or a little longer, every interruption becomes an opportunity to invest in yourself.

TURN DISTRACTIONS INTO GROWTH

Every unlock is a choice.

Instead of losing time to endless scrolling, Unlock U helps you build the habit of choosing actions that move your life forward.

GROW THROUGH MEANINGFUL ACTIVITIES

Unlock U offers experiences designed to help you grow in different areas of your life, including:

• Learn something new through bite-sized lessons
• Build healthier habits
• Reflect on your goals and dreams
• Practice gratitude
• Strengthen your spiritual life
• Challenge yourself with educational activities

More growth experiences are added regularly.

STAY FOCUSED

• Block distracting apps*
• Review your priorities before opening them
• Choose whether to continue focusing or unlock your apps
• Build healthier digital habits one decision at a time

WHY UNLOCK U?

Small decisions shape who we become.

Unlock U helps you transform everyday distractions into opportunities to learn, reflect, grow, and become more intentional with your time.

Because becoming your best self doesn't happen all at once—it happens one choice at a time.

ACCESSIBILITY USAGE

Unlock U uses the Accessibility permission optionally to improve the app blocking experience requested by the user.

The app primarily relies on Usage Access and Overlay permissions to detect and block distracting apps selected by the user.

Accessibility access is only used to provide a faster, smoother, and more reliable blocking experience on certain Android devices and system configurations. Accessibility is only used to help enforce user-configured focus restrictions. It is not used to read personal content, collect sensitive information, perform automated actions on behalf of the user, advertise, track user activity, or share data with third parties.

*Some features, including app blocking, require a paid subscription. Subscription options are available within the app.
