They do not refund I paid them via PayPal and then got an email to say I would have to pay extra to get the code within 20 minutes. So I paid them and nothing. It's been 3 days and I'm still waiting. I have emailed them for a refund as I have managed to unlock my phone form another company within 10 minutes and have not got a response back. Avoid at all cos if u do not want u r money back. You won't get 5th code

Money taken but no code and no replies to my emails for help. I paid for an express unlock code which I should have received within minutes. It's now 3 days later and despite 3 emails to this company I still haven't received a code. I am from Canada, but now on holiday in England with a phone that doesn't work. My son has the same phone, an HTC One, and had no problems unlocking his phone so it's not a problem with this model. I have requested a refund if they can't give me a working code but had no reply. If I go through the steps for purchase again their site tells me I have already paid for an unlock for this phone. So where is my code? Very annoyed and inconvenient as I don't have a useable cell phone whilst I am abroad. I would NOT recommend using this company.
