I found Unicorn pretty easy to navigate. It’s a simple option for crypto trading in India, especially if you’re new and want to buy or sell Bitcoin. The systematic buying plan and withdrawal options are also useful features. Overall, a decent beginner-friendly crypto app.

Worst ever app for crypto, it is Total fraudulent app, I am using it since 2016, but now days it started to lock your coins by not letting you withdraw any funds or sell coin. Also, it provides totally different prices according to crypto market. Advice you to not use it for crypto.

I am extremely disappointed with Unicorn. My coins were deducted from my account under the name of a “custodial fee” without clear information or proper prior notification. I believe users should be clearly informed about any fees before their assets are deducted. Unexpectedly deducting coins without transparent communication creates a serious trust issue. Unicorn needs to ask me for INR deposit, unicorn ! You should not deduct my coins secretly without informing me. User ID 965036

My goal was to find an exchange with good pricing, low spreads, and quick withdrawals of fiat and crypto. Unicorn failed on most. The buy/sell prices are high, and the terrible spread kills returns. Fiat withdrawal is a headache—they claim 7-15 days, but it took 20+ days and a call to customer service to get my money. The UI is also poor. They do allow crypto withdrawals, but I prefer Zebpay over unicorn since it does everything better, including significantly lower crypto withdrawal fees.
