Most apps are built to keep you scrolling. Unskroll is built to get you off them.

Pick a habit you want to build: meditation, running, home workouts, or reading. Unskroll gives you one guided session a day, 5 to 30 minutes long. That's it. Open the app, do the thing, close the app.

No infinite feeds. No guilt trips if you miss a day. Just one meaningful thing to do, every day, that makes you a little better than yesterday.

We built Unskroll because the best way to stop doomscrolling isn't blocking other apps. It's having something worth doing instead.

What's inside:
- Meditation & Breathing: 30 guided sessions, 5-15 minutes each.
- Walking & Running: Couch to 5K progression with walk/jog intervals, 12 sessions.
- Home Workouts: Bodyweight strength and mobility, no equipment needed, 12 sessions.
- Reading: One short story a day, 30 curated public-domain classics.

This is a great app that has helped me start replacing my scrolling habit for reading but there are s lot of different options. The app has little short stories that are quite interesting and throughout the day when I have free time I will just read a little bit of the story instead of scrolling. Trying not to feed skrolly is a fun little challenge which adds to the app. This is a great app and has been really helpful so far.
