Bug. Force closes in the first few minutes when trying to get into the second car on the train. Tried uninstall and played again. Same thing happens. Paid alot for this.

I am really trying to get into the game, but I cannot even get past the 1st area without the game crashing when I put up the access card. I went in and cleared cache and closed the app several times, I even deleted the game and redownloaded and that didn't work. I started the game all over and deleted all progress I made and that still didn't fix it. Please help
