You should know that internet is not working in the festival. Lineup should be stored locally on the phone. The app as it is, was useless. Also, the tickets were not available in the app, even if I used the same account as the one used to check in

Absolutely hilarious functional status, deluge of freeze states, stupid top up procedure with money stuck in the "cloud" beneath banks and proxies. What happened Untold? The hungry for money is great, we know... But with two payment giants like BT and Visa alongside you could not come up with a fully working app in terms of functionality and payments? Was it too hard? Not to mention the queues at the end of the festival to get your money back, a shame in 2024 when everything is online.....

Tech not suitable for a scale of this event. Why not to have a side rendering for info that does not change such as lineup? Also, the map with icons, who can right guess what each icon represents? It would work better with just few PDF slides where one is for stages, second for food courts etc. To top up during an event I had to do this 4 times (no response from a server), so it charged me 5x100 Lei.
