I set up internal tracking of mobile data usage, and somehow it ended up that I am spending more MB is in the app. It says I am on 5g network, I can't receive Viber messages, I won't mention openning of the webpage.

Basic functionality like top up doesn't work correctly - it can eat your money. Instructions how to reach support are incorrect, they say contact the support via inapp chat, but there is no chat in the app! Support contacted over eMail that is provided in the Play Store - no reply from support at all.
