★★★★★ Helps to be able to buy healthy foods, that are generally too expensive for my food stamps.

★★★★★ Pretty useful once you figure out employee ID is member ID. You can tell how much you have left without making a phone call and going through all that and know right away in store what is covered.

★★★★★ Employee ID is Member ID. Don't try to log in with you're existing My Health or My UPMC credentials. You must create a new username and password in the app itself. They should change out the "employee ID" with "member ID". Provide clear instructions. Besides setup being confusing to those who aren't tech-savvy, it works really good. Some products it says were, not covered actually were at checkout, so it's not perfect. But I'm giving 5 stars to counter all the bad reviews. It's a good app.

★★☆☆☆ I'm a UPMC for Life member. Why is the only option for signing in onto this app an employee I. D.? Please fix this. Upgrade of this review pending actual usage of app.

★★☆☆☆ Will not continue to work. Freezes then shuts down. Useless. Especially when I finally was able to scan item then at register was embarrassed because it was not covered

★★☆☆☆ So many problems! Can't save the password. Enabled fingerprint log-in, but that doesn't work either. Shows a card was mailed to me, never received it, but can't access the numbers to use it online. Has no info on breakdown on food vs item balances. This is truly one of the worst apps I've ever seen. The OTC store is awful to use, as well. UPMC, your A BILLION dollar a year business - do better.
