I love using Up shift, it is easy to use and easy to pick up shifts you are interested in. I like how it explains how to use the app from the beginning to the end, tells you the employers expectations, what you are required to wear, the shift start and end time, as well as your hourly wage and directions how to get there. Using that app has become very easy for me, and I really do love the whole process of it all and the convenience of working extra shifts to make yourself extra money! Great Job!

I work 10 hours and was given a $2 check when I sent in the hours the proof and the location I still wasn't properly compensated. It happend once but I don't work for free. Most time customer service was good, in that situation everybody kept telling me they needed more information on the incident every time I gave them what they wanted they asked for more. I got the supervisors involved. They said they submitted the information and emailed up shift, and they still didn't approve me.

Up shift was good for me at 1st I completed a few gigs, never ever canceled a shift until May 6th I had a shift scheduled for May 7th that I needed to cancel at the last minute. Up shift has a 24-hour policy where you have to cancel 24-hours in advance these folks terminated my account due the cancelation, I canceled because my baby brother was murdered, and I sent proof and emails asking to reinstate my account only to be ignored. Who plans for a death that's an emergency! They have no compassion

Tried to get scheduled for the onboarding for WEEKS with no success. Always said there was nothing (spaces to schedule onboarding) open in my area. I deleted it and have since found legit sites that I can actually make money using!
