Our mission is to boost the collective health of the human race. We do that by uniting all the best health creators and all their content in one place for you.

On Upspace, you can follow your favorite health creators, filter & search through their library of activities (content), comment on their activities, save them to your playlists to make your own recipe books or workout programs, discover playlists that others made, and much more.
To discover new creators and activities, you can view the trending charts on the home page (Ex. Top 10 Recipes Today), filter or search for all activities & creators in the discover page, or browse through activities in our TikTok-like feed.
FOR CREATORS On Instagram, you could get 50 million views per month, and Instagram will pay you $0. On Upspace, creators are getting 5k views a month and making close to $10k/mo.

Downloaded thinking I could see recipes and workouts. Everything costs money. Everything I clicked on was guarded with a weekly/monthly cost. Disappointed.

This app doesn't allow you to see the necessary content. I paid for recipes. You can't see the full recipes. The owners are influencers and don't respond when people reach out with concerns. Low integrity but I hope this improves. Has potential
