NONE of the filters work, even if you PAY for the app. And, they will regularly match you with people 300 miles away even when you have it set to a 50-mile radius. And the customer service is incompetent.

Upward sucks! You pay $29.99 for an account then have to pay MORE just to see who likes you and be able to chat with them. IT MAKES NO SENSE! If I pay for an account then I should be able to message people I've matched with. Will I have to pay more after the first five messages! It's ridiculous!
