Support services are poorly organized. I wanted to consult with a suitable executive if they could provide some special skills - like drilling in marble walls. App does not provide any voice interaction with the support executive. The number listed in Google Maps or web searches also does not work. The in-app messaging service is also poor quality. Does not provide proper options to choose from.

Pathetic Service, they are just fooling the customers by selecting visit option. Car0enter visited and for all the wood work he kept on denying that I don't do this work. Best part is there's no way to get in touch with Urban Company while facing the issue. They have a pathetic bot replying to questions with never ending process.

I have paid for Intense cleaning wer it showed it will be for 1hr 20 min but the boy who came from your company side took only 30 min to complete his work, even did not use any machine to clean the tiles, he closed the door of the bathroom could not C what he was doing. And when we told me to check the bathroom I could C everything wet because of it could not c the white stains which was the main reason for me to book de appointment, and after he went the bathroom was initially white again. Very bad
