I have visited all big brand stores, I liked urban ladder the most simply because the quality of wood they use and th3 designs are ageless here. They can improve on certain areas like removing cardboard or plywood at certain parts of furniture. Specially the seating part of sofa to make it more durable.

I could have given rating in minus however that is not possible in Google play. Please don't purchase anything from this app. They don't deliver on promised date, don't share proper order tracking. They don't cancel and refund. Customer care is worse, No help nothing, only fake commitments. It's a complete waste of money and time. Stay away. Edit: Urban Ladder commented on my review, gave a number in order to solve my problem, but the number is unreasonable.

Worst product ever... Cheaters We recently bought king-size bed of teak shade, but they have delivered us walnut color bed which is very dark and whole our furniture set is spoiled because of URBAN LADDER. DO NOT BUY Just because of name of the brand. Even customer service is poor there will be no help from any of the department. We have seen the bed in lighter shade in their store and then orderd, but they have given completely wrong product and not replacing or returning it.
