FIX THE APP, or just have people order from someplace with better tracking. I've not yet got the product I ordered and when I open the app all I see is a blank page! I somehow go to the tracking via the first email that was sent and that also just shows: "Step 1 - Confirmed, Step 2 - On its way". Wouldn't it be nice to have a tentative date of delivery, so I could be around to collect my husband's birthday gift? C'mon Urban Monkey, you can do better!

I just ordered a black cap from your Urban Monkey on 13th april. And within a month the color of the cap has been faded. Sorry to say but I am disappointed with your product and the material you use in it. It cost 1250/- rs for cap but if the color fade in a month then your quality is very poor and its makes a question for me that what you surving by taking so much amount for a cap without any quality in your products
