The Urban Pro Learner App is really helpful for finding good teachers at an affordable price. The quality of education provided is excellent, and my kids are really enjoying their learning experience. Their teacher explains concepts very clearly and makes studying fun. Found the best vedic math teacher on urban pro. Mrs. swapna T. is a wonderful teacher. She makes math easy and teaches very nicely. Mrs Swapna T. makes sure the concept gets clear and child understands it the simplest way. She took out the fear of mathematics and made it fun for my 7-year daughter. My daughter is now comfortable with math. I highly recommend Swapna ma'am for vedic math.

Used it for NEET UG coaching for my daughter, able to find experienced tutors. Prompt reminders for classes with links, messaging with tutors works good. App was slow, login didn't work several times

They are scamming students with fake teachers and not refunding money even after genuine problems.be aware of such fraudsters

I paid Rs 14,750 on September 23, 2024, for a course, but the trainer didn't conduct full classes, and I couldn't proceed. Urban Pro didn't inform me that the amount would expire. I gave the trainer a 1-star rating. On October 27, 2025, Urban Pro called, asking me to reason for and remove the rating, stating the amount hadn't been paid to the trainer and had expired per terms and conditions. I question how my money expires without payment to the trainer or proper communication. I lost my money.

I booked demo class on Sunday but the tutor wasn't available then, so I again booked demo class on Friday as other days wasn't available and even on Friday they cancelled the class without no reason which is not so responsible as even I have works and all to do, but I make time for these classes but the tutors are really irresponsible.if at least there is a reason it's ok, but they cancelled the class and when I asked the reason there is no response. It's really disrespectful
