This app really works well for me. I'm able to make meaningful connections with parents and also feel safe about the transactional agreements made through the app. I also really appreciate the feedback and reviews on both sides, it absolutely helps with deciding who to work for. I'm a caregiver and a woman, so I have to be as safe as possible when going to assist people in their homes. Urban Sitter is very easy to use and is well worth the money paid for a background check.

Urban Sitter has shown that it doesn't care about the integrity, professionalism and safety of its members and users, and that's been made apparent in how a retaliatory no-show incident with Thandiwe Mathobela was mishandled from the start (she asked to change the jobs times, I said I couldn't, she promised to show but did not), with Urban Sitter blaming me for trusting the glowing profile and badges they have on her profile, for believing that I will receive the trustworthy service I paid for.

Forgot I had a membership, got charged for renewal a year later. Urban sitter won't refund. Paid $40 for something I don't use.
