App does not work at all: after entering an e-mail address, a 6-digit code is sent, and when you enter it, a message appears stating, ‘Something went wrong. Please try again in a while!’ This is on a Google Pixel 6a running Android 13. EDIT: The error message should be helpful in deciding whether it makes sense to contact the helpdesk. ‘Something went wrong’ is not a helpful message; better tell me what went wrong (if necessary after clicking on a ‘More info’ button).

Everything seemed to be going smoothly, until it asked me to put in my phone number. Which I did. The app kept on telling me my phone number was invalid. Which it isn't. I tried going back and starting over. But this did not help. So I Uninstalled the app. I learned of this app through webMD, and I am kind of disappointed I couldn't get it setup.
