★★★★★ When I received my photo originally and tried to upload it for a passport, it was rejected. I emailed to express my dissatisfaction and received a reply within minutes. I had not ordered the correct type. They corrected the photo and attached it to their reply which then uploaded correctly. Very satisfied with their service.

★★★★★ Used this app for both my children's Australian passport photos. Was very easy to use, and both photos were accepted. I paid to have the photos printed and posted because I wasn't in a hurry. They took just over a week to arrive.

★★☆☆☆ My photo was rejected at the passport office as my hair was too close to my eyes.

★★☆☆☆ Update: Connection Problem Try reconnecting. The notification won't allow me to use the app. The Update doesn't seem too promising at the moment. We'll see how this plays out. Hopefully, the app gets fixed real soon, so I can use it.

★★☆☆☆ Paid twice and attached the photo for passport renewal still failed to upload. Over rating app.
