Overall is easy to use. Al helps to change the background color and face facial smoothly. But lack of head and chin alignment for immigration approval. Without the alignment photo it might be too near or far that can cause rejection. I alignment it with others apps before using this AI. I'm still waiting for approval from ICA.

Very good app that gives the convenience of getting good quality passport photos, or any other official document photos, esp when busy. This app really helped me, as it provided accurate dimension outlines with its camera function (used it like a selfie, but with guidelines). The touch up function was great, as it further brightened my face, helped crop me out to make a clean white background that's acceptable for passport application. My passport application was approved within 4 days. ’D

Paid S$2.99 for the Singapore IC photo(e-services). Submitted digital photo on a Saturday, approved by ICA on the 2nd following Tuesday, about 10 days. No need to crop, change background or resize. Did not use the Beautify feature, as it makes my face looks puffy, swollen and unnatural. Would be perfect if the beautify feature is improved.

It is the worst website I ever had used. All my photos taken from this website had been rejected by the Singapore government. I have been charged multiple times, eve the website said the 'save' is not going to be charged.

This app doesn't suitable for Indians to pay 90rs and getting the edited picture we Indians can go for a photo shop to pay 80rs and get 12 hot copies of passport size photos this app is looting from users for editing the picture for saving purpose
