USAA IS THE BEST OF THE BEST! However, I am detecting some slippage in QUALITY OF SERVICE, MAYBE BECAUSE OF RETIREMENTS OR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF AI OR BOTH, BUT I AM CONCERNED, in spite of the fact that they SIT AT THE STOP ALONE! Of course, the services received by me that I have found to be less than my expectations, are reflected in this write-up!! You make it near impossible to understand what is going on with my accounts. Compared to any other banking site, USAA is the worst. You do this on purpose so people accidentally overdrawn and get fined. The one time I spoke with your customer service she seemed confused too and couldn't clearly explain what bills I had going out or when and if they were covered.

Update - saw an article recently about how USAA is failing Veterans... I can only agree. SO MUCH low-quality stuff from them... can't list it all. Focused on Veterans is great, but... quality, dependability, Customer Service (!) is very, very poor...
