★★★★★ Driving with safe pilot is like going everywhere with a parent looking over your shoulder. I do have to admit, though, it has shown me some driving habits that I have been able to correct.

★★☆☆☆ -App is always running. Beware of battery drain. -App has dinged me for phone handling after my commute is complete, and my car is parked. App has dinged me for phone handling before my commute has started (ex., I set up my music and GPS before starting driving and still get dinged.) -My discount won't be maximized due to app glitches and not actual driving infractions. -Tracks your location (GPS built into the app). -Not a fan of the app, but anything to save a buck. -USAA, you can do better.

★★☆☆☆ If you want a discount use it. Randomly makes you a passenger, NO ONE can use your phone, or it deducts points, you cannot use GPS, or it deducts, it has no understanding of motorcycle operation. Difficult to use, no explanations of tabulations. No instructions. You cannot use hands free, Siri/Bixby which were created for safer driving. Used the app for 3 insurance cycles now, just over a year. I was T-boned and was deducted points for harsh braking...
