Not compatable with pan tech burst I constantly got stuck at the "securing card reader" screen and was unable to use the app with my pay saber card swiper.

Square has set the bar higher I have had the app and the Pay Saber jack for 6 about months. I have rarely used it, using Square instead. I was hoping to move away from Square, my processing is cheaper through USAePay, but the UI is horrible for customer service. To start the jack had no instructions. Initially I could not resolve the issues in the app. Thought I was dumb, but neither could customer support. Finally, found a setting on my own. The app does not rotate to landscape. It is nearly impossible for someone to sign with their finger in portrait mode, there is just not enough room. Customer service told me it would be resolved in the next update. I just got that update, no landscape mode. The app emails out a receipt. It is a rtf file, looks like something from 1987. Square has a beautiful receipt with my company logo and a Google map of where the purchase was made. Square was first, and set the bar high, you guys need to step up to the plate.

Not working after recent update. Not working on Galaxy S5 I have used this App for about 9 months, and the App worked great on my old Nexus. The company has been really great with customer service. Since I had to change phones, and they updated the app, they are having connectivity issues with Android devices. I use a BT swiper/printer and that has not been printing receipts lately. The app could be improved by: 1. Fix the Android issues (mag swipe data error, tip adjusting and receipt printing) 2. Add auto rotate feature throughout the app, not just the signature capture screen 3. Make the "ADD Tip" feature more prominent in the signature capture screen and more user-friendly, and give us the option to make $ (not percentage) the default tip option. 4. Change the receipt printing options after the signature capture to print a CUSTOMER receipt, after they have added the tip, and BEFORE a second merchant receipt.
