When I tool the coaching certification classes, this content was just on the USL website. Now I need to download an app to access a slower, clumsier version on a smaller screen. What was wrong with just having your searchable drill library online? Accessible from any device with a web browser? Viewable on full size screens, so users can actually read the diagrams? Frustrating, when chasing trendy tech is more important the actually providing value.

Clunky Practices cannot be created from phone app. Also, practices are difficult to create and edit once created. App should allow for editing of practice plans from phone and also make it simpler for coaches to move drills into different time slots once a practice plan is created. App should also track most often used drills and allow for coaches to edit new practice plans using old practice schedules. Huge downside that I cannot create a practice plan on the fly from my phone or tablet.

Took 3 weeks to receive a response to a complaint. And why in the world would you make it so complicated to access and print a PDF, namely your practice plans. Why do I have to sign up with a 3rd party PDF viewer, and apparently have to pay a membership plan with them to have printing ability? I'm already paying USA Lacrosse for access to coaching materials, now I have to pay to print?!!?!?!?! Ridiculous
