It will not open ! Re-installed it and still won't allow access. Get error msg that I don't have permission to use this page. Contact support. The Contact Us does the same thing ! 10/26 and it still doesn't work ! Finally able to get response from USPS they're checking problem, 2 weeks ago but nothing since !

This "app" hasn't been updated in almost 3 years. Incredible they can raise prices & not maintain/update an app that clearly has issues. You can't enter a tracking number on the actual tracking screen. Then has a magazine glass indicating you should tap it to enter, but it doesn't work either. On the main screen, it opens your keyboard to press the enter button. 😤 The logon to the app, doesn't transfer when the app takes you to an internal website. 😤 Typical inefficient Government Operation😤

The dam thing don't even update it says my package is due today by 9pm well for your info my mail don't run at night please update the dam app or take it off of the play store...
