No this system do not work, cant get connection to pay. $5.00 fee if you pay the bill in line, this is smelling ,,,,,they as well asking you bank account,,,,,

For me, this app freezes a lot, and I have to re-log on every time. It also won't actually let me view my bills. I can click "view bills" but then when I try to click "view" to view the PDF it acts like it opened, but nothing has. I checked my downloads, nothing. I checked my drive, nothing. I checked settings to make sure the permissions are turned on and they are. It is so frustrating dealing with this app. If I could give it zero stars I would.

You charge a $5 convenience fee, or you can risk using trash USPS to send a check. America sucks more and more.
