The app looks like it had a lot of thought put into the design. No adds (or at least I haven't noticed any yet). Good UX design overall. The onboard process is well-done. No need for an account. I haven't found a way to manually set the Fitzpatrick skin type yet, but that's not that big of a deal. The distinction between cloud cover and full sun is nice. The information is useful and the personalized recommendations are nice. Thank you!

My parents and I all have skin that burns easily if we don't use the correct sunscreen lotion for our skin types, Celtic and Scandinavian. We know that any amount of tan isn't a good thing but being fair-skinned but able to tan slowly if we use adequate protection we like to chase away our winter pallor with a light tan. We have all had this brilliant Danish sun index (UV or Ultraviolet Index) app on our smartphones for the last few summers, we now have it on our tablet computers. Well worth 5 ✴.

Stops working when permission to use location is set to While Active. Needs access to location all the time. Makes no sense. I don't want to be tracked 24/7 just for this data to be sold to third parties

Great idea, would be very useful if it worked. Constantly crashes or fails to load, can't keep the app open long enough to actually see the UV index

Really bad update. The widget is gone and the new design is messy and lacks overview. Please go back to the old design
