Didn't get my free wash, kept saying sms code expired when it just sent it. Didn't see a way to register except by submitting phone number, so it just kept cycling through the same error (Edit) they resolved my issue and is working now

Locked me out from changing payment method. Then locked me out of account completely when trying to log in. Verifies phone but says invalid user.

Put all info in as needed and still never got credited as the promo stated! Also, I can't change my password? When I log in, states I don't have an account under my email address, yet when I try to add ANOTHER account it states my email address is already associated with an account? Wasted too much time messing with it, emailing support etc. Bye $10 I guess! Rip off
