I can't open my account on the app it says Error authenticating user Subscription is past the expiration date or has not been purchased yet. Please try again. And when trying to log in in the website it works

Most important point about world that any new user should never forget is: world is here to make money, by prolonging the amount of time you spend on the material so that you will renew your subscription. It is not here to help you reach your goals ASAP. If you did that, they lost an opportunity to make money out of your misery.

I could not buy the subscription through multiple browsers. The support reply was to use a different browser as that may fix the problem. This should be reported to another tech team if the main support can not handle this. Also, the website claims 10% military discount and to email from your military email. I emailed from my military email, and they said for security reasons, email from my main account, and would not address the discount. I replied with the url and quoted the paragraph.
