★★★★★ I cant use it properly after last update, when I touch step 2 q bank, app is closing, please fix it I can't study to step 2. I solve my problem. My phone language was Turkish I converted to English, and I am okey with world now. Good working to everybody.

★★☆☆☆ Every time I try to log in, it says unable to connect to server. Though works fine on phone Chrome browser. Kindly fix it. It is so exhausting to try again and again to login (logs in after like 5–6 trials and still says unable to connect to server while using it) My internet connection is fine though.!

★★☆☆☆ One shiny star is more than enough. They will always blame your internet connection no matter how absurd it looks. The problems not relevant to internet are also answered the same way. I have been using it without an issue for more than 2 years. But lately they have started showing some colors. Hope they improve and come back to their previous quality of support.
